About the project
In the mid 19th century, enterprise developers took advantage of the Alcântara district's
location merits, namely, its proximity to the city center and Lisbon's marina. They built
industrial complexes that are still standing. Today, new life has emerged in the factory sites:
cafés, restaurants, showrooms, shops, and more, reside in the LX Factory - an urban cultural
center in the neighborhood's heart. Our project will be situated right between the LX Factory and several new projects,
attracting new industry and offices.
